Seveso status and levy

A Seveso company is a company that falls under the Seveso III Directive, and therefore also under the stipulations of the Cooperation Agreement. In these companies, there are possible risks of major accidents occurring.

Safety studies

For companies or projects that are not subject to safety reporting, it is still advisable to draw up a safety study. A safety study can be an important foundation of the environmental license application. Otherwise the license granting authority can impose them.
